Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

We accept cancellation of the order before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 30 days after signing the receipt.

You can return the goods in any of the following situations:
1. After receiving the product, I just don’t like it, but the product has not been damaged and used, and the packaging is intact.
2. If the product is damaged due to normal use within 30 natural days, it is non-human damage.

Customers need to bear the return shipping fee until we receive your return and confirm that it is in the same state as the one we sent, and it is not used or damaged.

Please also take a photo of the product and email it to us for reference. If the product we receive is unused and undamaged, we will initiate a refund or replacement process.

To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

What if the product I received is damaged?

If the product/package is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please return the package to the delivery person. In case you have not received any product that you ordered from us in good condition, damaged or defective, please call our customer service number +86 186 6696 0068 (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm PST) or send Email to haihe mentioning your order ID. Please take photos or videos of damaged/defective products and email them to us for reference. For all valid complaints, we will refund you free of charge or replace with a brand new product.

Note: In case of replacement, it depends on the inventory situation. If it may not be possible to replace, we will refund you in full.

Refund (if applicable)

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we can refund you (2-4 business days).

If you cancel before shipping, we will process the refund within 24-48 working hours after receiving the cancellation request.

If the product is cancelled or returned after delivery, we will process the refund after receiving the product and verifying it in our warehouse.

Delayed or lost refund (if applicable)

Under what circumstances is the product not eligible for return?

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
*The product is used or changed.
*The product is damaged due to misuse/excessive use.
*Return without the original packaging, including price tags, labels, original packaging, gifts and other accessories, or the original packaging is damaged.
*The serial number has been tampered with.
*Free products provided by the brand.
*Categories that do not meet the return conditions.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. You can create returns at the product level. If you have ordered multiple products, you can initiate a return/exchange/refund for any single product. However, any returned products must be returned in full, including all components and any free gifts or accompanying products.

If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially released. Next, contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds.
